Welcome to Bastians, where I provide construction consulting and cost estimation services for both residential and commercial projects. My goal is simple — to help clients plan smarter, build efficiently, and manage their projects with confidence.

My name is Pedro Sebastian, and I’ve been in the construction industry for over six years. I started by hanging drywall and later gained experience in commercial framing. One of the most rewarding projects I worked on was a two-story bank renovation, where I helped manage crews, coordinate tasks, and ensure a smooth process from start to finish.

Through my experience as a subcontractor, I’ve learned the importance of communication, time management, and leadership. Alongside pursuing my degree in civil engineering at the University of Iowa, I’ve developed a strong foundation in both hands-on work and project planning.

I’m fluent in English and Spanish, which allows me to connect easily with clients and crews, ensuring every part of a project runs clearly and efficiently.

Outside of work, I’m passionate about staying active at the gym, gaming, and exploring new hobbies — always finding ways to keep learning and improving.
